Bridges Condo
In 2019, HCAR and HCAR Cares partnered with Bridges to Housing Stability to help a local mother experiencing homelessness create a warm, comfortable home for herself and her children. Our volunteers painted and furnished the condominium.
Project Linus
Every holiday season, HCAR Cares partners with the local chapter of Project Linus to make blankets that are distributed to children in need in our community.

Love & Lunches
HCAR Cares partnered with the organization Love & Lunches on Sunday, September 19 to make over 100 lunches for distribution to persons experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City.
Thanksgiving Baskets

Bingo Fundraiser
In March 2021, HCAR Cares raised nearly $3,000 in its Get Lucky Virtual Bingo fundraiser. Over 60 participants played to win Amazon Gift Cards and Door Prizes, all donated by event sponsors.
Just One Sweater
In December 2020, HCAR Cares partnered with the organization Just One Sweater to collect 339 sweaters that were distributed by the Howard County Reentry Program.

‘In This Together’ COVID-19 Relief

In February 2020, HCAR Cares held its inaugural Winter Soiree Fundraiser at Cured 18th & 21st in Columbia. Over $30,000 was raised for HCAR Cares during this event.
